• How long does it take to get my sign?

• Production time varies from 5 to 10 business days, then the item ships via UPS ground. Generally, it takes between 2.5 to 3.5 weeks to receive your sign after you make payment. We do not offer expedited service or shipping at this time.

• Do the signs look exactly like the preview / mockup?

• They do look very similar, but the preview is only meant to get a rough idea of what the sign will look like. The fonts and colors on the website are a close match, but are not exact, and our sign builders do need to make adjustments to fit "the real world". We can, for example, stretch the letters to make them taller

• Are these real neon signs?
• Yes, these are 100% REAL hand-made neon signs constructed from tubes of hand blown glass, MADE IN THE U.S.A. They use real, high voltage transformers and are extremely bright and eye-catching. Here's a close up view of an unlit sign, so you can see the construction and materials:
  
• What if I want a picture, font, size, or other style that the signmaker doesn't have?
• We do have hundreds of other custom signs to choose from here: Custom Neon Signs. These signs have more font and style choices, but do not have a preview function like the signmaker. If none of them work for you, use our contact us page to let us know exactly what you are looking for. ( Note that full custom signs are more expensive and time consuming, but sometimes, nothing but a full custom sign will do.)
• Can I use these signs outdoors?

• These are indoor use signs. They are bright enough to be placed in the windowfront to be viewed outdoors, but they do not have a heavy-duty outdoor power supply, and are not in a waterproof enclosure. We can create custom outdoor signs, but the cost is quite high...$600 and up. Contact Us if you are still interested.

  We do have reasonably priced outdoor Neon signs here, but they are not customizable.
