Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to Louisiana (9.5%).
All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Shipping:
NeonSigns4You.com processes orders Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time, excluding Holidays. All products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. NeonSigns4You.com does not stock or ship any neon signs or neon supplies and we are NOT the manufacturer of any sign on the site..
For in-stock items, most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days but please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive at your door. Any special or custom-ordered items will take longer and delivery times could be as long as 14-21 business days, depending on the shipping service level chosen.
Oversized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or
undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being
"returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.
For most of the items on the site, typical shipping methods include Ground Delivery within the United States. If you require expedited delivery, we can typically ship 2nd/3rd business day or overnight to most destinations. Please note that we cannot honor any warranties or breakage that may occur during transit with these alternate shipping methods. Also, there will be an additional cost to ship via 2nd/3rd business day or overnight delivery, if available for that particular product.
All our products can be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States, with additional charges being applicable shipping to non-contiguous United States. Our corporate and sales office is located in Bedford, Texas but our supplier's manufacturing facilities and warehouses are located in Texas and California.

Email and Order Confirmations:
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes letting you know that we've received your order. Typically within 1-3 business days, you'll receive a second email letting you know that your order has shipped. This email will include a UPS tracking number.
Aside from your order and shipping confirmation emails, you may receive an email that says your order is on hold pending further review. This can happen when your billing information doesn't match what your credit card company has on file. If you receive this email, just call us with the details and we'll get the order straightened out and on its way to you.
Please note: Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Is my credit card and personal information secure?
Absolutely Yes. NeonSigns4You.com utilizes industry-leader, Paypal, for all payment
processing. Paypal employs the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
In addition, Paypal utilizes industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security
protocols to protect customer information. Paypal is certified as compliant with
the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. You can rest assured
that your personal and credit card information is safe.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping:
Shipping outside the continental U.S. and/or to APO/FPO addresses will require
additional shipping charges. These fees will cover any taxes or duties so that
you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door. We will have to contact you and let you know what those additional charges will be.
NeonSigns4You.com does not process orders on weekends or holidays:
While most in-stock orders placed before 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time will be
shipped that same day, NeonSigns4You.com does not guarantee same-day shipping as there are many unforeseen circumstances that might possibly delay the shipment of an order.
You can help expedite your order by using the same shipping address as your billing address and by providing a phone number that is on file with your credit card company (alternate shipping addresses and cell phone numbers could possibly cause order delays).
Order Processing Time:
In most cases, your order will be processed on the same day it is
received at NeonSigns4You.com if it is received by 10:00 AM Central Standard Time Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order to be processed, just in case. If an ordered product is on backorder, discontinued, or any other irregularity, we will let you know through email or telephone within one business day (M-F) of placing your order
Orders By United States Postal Service Important
Notice:
Because our United States Postal pickup is so early in the day, all orders
requesting USPS shipping method will be shipped the following day.
Order Shipping Time:
Order Shipping time is different from Processing Time and varies in different
shipping options available to you during Checkout. Also, please note that orders
shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered Monday through Friday only.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling:
Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order
will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, if
your order is received after 11:00 am Standard Time, it is possible that it will not be shipped till the following day, You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. NeonSigns4You.com does not ship nor does UPS or FedEx pick up packages on Saturday or Sundays and on holidays.
Rush Orders:
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the neon sign
products at NeonSigns4You.com, please call us during normal business hours
at 1-800-592-4889 or send us an email on our
customer contact form, and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
Just note that rush orders mean UPS Air. If we need to ship your neon product via Air, we will not be able honor any warranty or breakage that may occur during transit.
Damaged Goods:
If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and email us immediately. If the
driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite
shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to
inspect the package before paying a claim.
If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage
on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent, the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call our Customer Service at 1-800-592-4889.
If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton, packing
materials, and notify the carrier as well as NeonSigns4You.com immediately.
NeonSigns4You.com ships all products in a very heavy duty package that
we have had little, if any, shipping problems with to insure your new neon sign's safety. NeonSigns4You.com is not responsible for any delay caused by
the shipping company. We will help replace products in a timely manner as our
goal is your customer satisfaction.
Product Shortages:
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Unpack your order,
inventory all items ordered, and report any shortage immediately. If it is a
small part or item you are missing, please look carefully throughout the package
and packaging material as small items can become dislodged during the shipping
process. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between
what was ordered and what was actually shipped.
Shipping Errors:
All claims for missing items must be made with the carrier within 5 days of
delivery. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand may arrive
on different days if the order contains non-stock item(s). Check your packing
slip to make sure you have a shortage, not a delivery delay. If a non-stock item is being shipped with your order, directly from the manufacturer as all packages will be, it will be noted on your invoice in the item line as "drop ship".
If an item is missing or a wrong item has been shipped due to our error, the
problem will be corrected at our shipping expense. NeonSigns4You.com will
pay for the pick up of the wrong item as well as the delivery of the correct
item. If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong item or wrong type due to
customer error, the customer will be liable for shipping expenses to and from
NeonSigns4You.com to correct the problem.
Warranty Claims:
Warranty issues will require the customer to return the product to the
Manufacturer (i.e. NOT NeonSigns4You.com) at the customers (in most cases) expense.
Warranty claims are subject to the policy or discretion of the original product
manufacturer. Warranty information is included with the products, or may be
found on their respective web sites. Rest assured that NeonSigns4You.com
will help in any way possible with any warranty claims you might have.
Important: If you need an item by a certain date, contact us to verify it can be done, and by what shipping method NeonSigns4You.com will be happy to help you get your products by a desired
date, but we really have to know what is being ordered and what the time
deadline is. The best rule of thumb is to always shop early and give yourself
plenty of time to meet your deadline.
Free Shipping Offers:
Any Free UPS ground shipping promotions, that are offered from time to time on the site, is only valid and available for shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
